CHAIRMAN COMMENDS USE OF CERTIFICATES FOR SPORTS COMPETITIONS

The Chairman of Post Primary Schools Management Board, Enugu Chief (Mrs.) Princess Stella Oby Ngwu has commended principals of schools for using the newly introduced certificates as sports prizes in the state secondary schools instead of the use of plastics.

Chief Mrs. Ngwu made the commendation at the 2010 inter-house sports competition of National Grammar School, Hike, Enugu where she pointed out that certificates last Longer than plastics and are recognized internationally.
She further charged the principals and teachers of the school to teach their students with all their hearts in order to produce successful students and the future national manpower which wiLl be attributed to their hard work.

Earlier in a joint address by the principals of schools 1 and 11, Mr. W.C. Agbo and Chief S.C. Okwor, they commended the state Governor Barr. Sullivan Chime for renovating their Physics and BioLogy Laboratory blocks and appealed for the provision of sports equipment to help in training their students in sports so as to maintain their lead as the current Enugu state Champions of the SheLL Cup.

Other schools that Chairman attended their inter-house sports competitions include Girls High School, Uwani, Uwani Secondary School I and IwoLLo High School, IwoLLo where she preached the same message of replacing plastics with certificate as sports prizes. The highlight of the competition was the presentation of certificates to sports champions.
